Elizabeth Cook PA-C

Elizabeth Cook, PA-C graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and received her Masters as a Physician Assistant from Midwestern University.  Elizabeth is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the sate of Illinois to practice and prescribe medicine.  Upon graduation from Midwestern, Elizabeth specialized in cosmetic and general dermatology.

Elizabeth is highly in trained in minimally invasive procedures and injectables including neurotoxins, soft tissue fillers, bio-stimulatory products (Sculptra), non-surgical fat reduction (Kybella) and laser procedures (Q-swtich and PDL).  In addition to cosmetic procedures, she also has extensive training in medical dermatology and has a special interest in treatment for acne, rosacea, eczema and skin cancer surveillance for all ages.

Elizabeth is an active member of the Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants.


She is an avid believer in patient education and enjoys taking the time with each patient to teach about anti- aging options and skin cancer prevention.
